About Nathan Gilbert
I’m a residential developer with more than a decade of practical experience identifying development opportunities, securing planning permission and delivering new-build housing.
My experience comes from working directly on development projects — assessing sites, preparing scheme designs and planning drawings, managing applications and dealing with the practical issues that arise through construction and delivery.
Alongside development and planning work, I’m an accredited On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, providing SAP calculations and energy compliance advice for new-build residential projects.
